Continued from 'Chinese New Year Eve 2008'.
Okay, so here's the final stage of the pasta I made from home-made pesto sauce and tomatoes.
I chopped some basil leaves into fine pieces and mix in with the 90% cooked speggetti.
Then I cooked the tomatoes until it is soft. Then I add in my pesto sauce which was made the day before this.
On that CNY eve NIGHT
I called one of my good friend - Kok Jun who works as a photo album editor in a bridal shop call 'Red Bliss'.
We decided to just drive to KL since it's the CNY, and we thought the city was empty.
Here we stop by a 'MAMAK' shop beside Low Yat Plaza at about 11pm. Kok Jun look abit 'Blurred'
Well, we don't come here for nothing, so I ordered fried chicken - Ayam Goreng.
Hmmmm... Sure look tasty!
And I thought the people in KL were gone. I was dead WRONG!
After 30 mins of hanging around in this boring lil' mamak shop. I decided to moved on to another mamak shop, OFF Jalan Mesui, next to Jalan Alor.
There we ordered Indian Fried Noodle - Mi Goreng & Roti Canai!
Look Okay, the taste is quite nice. At least better than majority mamak shop.
The ROTI, unfortunately, it doesn't taste as good as the ROTI in 'Kayu Nasi Kandar' shops. The taste... well.... acceptable.
Oh yeah, not forget that we saw a bunch of young teenagers doing break dance in the public - Right in front of Jalan Bukit Bintang's Maybank.
Yeah! You just got served!
We called it a night at about 1am. It was a dump idea going down to KL that night. Just because we were bored!
